RUNE - FIRE
DESCRIPTION
A simple circular rune the shines a constant white light.
EFFECTS
The wielder deals an additional 1d4 fire damage.
The wearer gains resistance to fire.
While attuned to an item with this rune, you can use that item to cast burning hands (2nd level) as a bonus action without expending a spell slot. This uses the crafter’s Rune DC (set at the time of carving the rune). Once a rune’s power is used, the rune’s active can’t be used again until the next dawn.
